A helpful hint: if possible, try not to start your holiday on the same day you collect your vehicle. We need to show you exactly how to get the most out of your motor home, and this will take some time. It is essential that the hirer should be given a thorough introduction to the rental vehicle by our experts before the journey begins.
Once you have received the collection details (Usually around 10 days prior to the commencement of the hire) please contact the depot prior to the commencement of your hire to agree a mutually convenient collection time. Upon collection of the vehicle please ensure a mutually convenient return time is arranged to allow for the vehicle to be fully inspected. If this is not permissible you may be contacted by the keeper of the vehicle to discuss any damage discovered in your absence as soon as it is discovered. Collection or return times which fall outside the dates and times given must be agreed with the supplier directly.

There is a surcharge if the hirers bring the motorhome back late without prior arrangement. This fee is £0.30 per minute starting from 15.00. Should the late return of the vehicle make us liable for extra costs (e.g. compensation of the next hirer), we reserve the right to pass on these costs to you.
Hiring's start and finish at the collection point unless otherwise agreed. Full toilet cassette and waste water tanks will each incur a £75 + VAT penalty. All vehicles must be returned at the same fuel level as at the start of the hire period. Any disparity in the fuel level will be charged to the hirer. Owner reserve the right to impose a cleaning fee of £150 if the vehicle is not returned in similar condition in which it was rented.
Clients are required to make their way to and from the depot location. Depot locations and vehicles are not based at the airport.
While every effort is made to ensure that the vehicle reserved is available, if the reserved vehicle is not available, the Owner reserves the right to offer an alternative vehicle. the Owner will always endeavour to provide a vehicle of similar size to suit travelling party requirements which will be similarly equipped. In this event, the hirer is not liable for higher rental charges. If a smaller vehicle or lower grade vehicle is offered and accepted, the difference in charges will be refunded. If a larger vehicle is offered, the Owner agrees to be liable for additional expenses e.g. higher ferry charges or road tolls. Signing of the Motor Rental Agreement hirer is deemed the commencement of the hire period and acceptance of the vehicle supplied.
